three different worlds.
Art, real estate, and training. Every industry taught me the same craft: building trust.
My story

Liguri Undici Art Gallery
My first steps in sales, surrounded by art. Nobody “needs” a painting: I learned that selling means telling stories and connecting people to meaning, with passion and emotion.

Tecnocasa — from sales agent to branch manager
The longest and most formative chapter. In 2015, results and the ability to lead others earned me the branch manager role: under my management the office won regional and provincial awards and became a benchmark in the area.

Unger Academy — Closer & Account Manager
I qualify inbound leads with a focus on high-probability-to-close appointments, and work to improve funnel quality and the sales team’s conversion rate.

«When you understand the client’s problem better than they do,
you no longer need to convince them: they’re the one asking you to guide them.»
How I work
I don’t believe in external pressure: discounts that expire tonight, manufactured urgency. A client pushed into signing like that is deciding for someone else’s reasons, and it shows at the first bump. The pressure that works is internal: it builds when the client sees clearly where they are today, with real numbers, where they want to go, and what every month of standing still is costing them. At that point there’s no need to push: staying put has become more expensive than deciding.
On a call I have only two jobs: understanding whether I can truly help the person in front of me, and clearing every objection off the table before we talk about signing. Behind every objection there’s an unanswered question — the price, the timing, the doubt they can pull it off — and my job is to surface it and answer it, until choosing becomes the easy part. Empathy isn’t weakness: it’s precisely because I’ve truly understood the client’s situation that I can afford to be direct. And conviction can’t be faked: you hear it in the voice before the words.
Let’s talk.
I’m looking for opportunities as a closer and account manager, working remotely in Italian, Spanish and English.
