Twelve years in sales,
three different worlds.
Art, real estate, training. Every industry taught me a piece of the same craft: building trust.
My story
- 2012 – 2014 · Pavia
Liguri Undici art gallery
My first steps in sales, surrounded by art. Nobody “needs” a painting: that is where I discovered that selling means telling stories and connecting people to a meaning, with passion and emotion.

Tecnocasa — from agent to branch manager
The longest and most formative experience. In 2015 the results and the ability to lead others made me branch manager: under my management the office won regional and provincial awards and became a reference point in the area.

The leap: new life, new skills
I started from scratch in the Canary Islands. A Master's in Digital Marketing (Digital Coach) and remote work as an appointment setter and closer for Unger Academy: daily phone contact with clients, managing appointments, supporting people through their training programmes.

Gilmar Canarias — international real estate consultant
I guide clients from all over the world in finding their ideal home. Every sale is not a transaction but a tailored journey: negotiation, empathy and building trust.

Unger Academy — Closer & Account Manager
I qualify inbound leads with a focus on the appointments most likely to close, and work on improving funnel quality and the sales team's conversion rate.

“When you understand the client's problem better than they do,
you no longer have to convince them: they ask you to lead the way.”
How I work
I don't believe in external pressure: discounts expiring tonight, invented urgency. A client pushed into signing that way is deciding for somebody else's reasons, and it shows at the first difficulty. The pressure that works is internal: it comes when the client sees clearly where they are today, with real numbers, where they want to get to, and what every month of standing still is costing them. At that point there is no need to push: staying put has become more expensive than deciding.
On a call I have only two jobs: to work out whether I can genuinely help the person in front of me, and to take every objection off the table before we talk about signing. Behind every objection there is an unanswered question — the price, the timing, the doubt about being able to do it — and my job is to bring it out and answer it, until choosing becomes the easiest thing. Empathy is not weakness: precisely because I have genuinely understood the client's situation, I can afford to be direct. And conviction cannot be acted: it comes through in the voice before it reaches the words.
Let's talk.
I'm looking for opportunities as a closer and account manager, remote, in Italian, Spanish and English.
